RF connections are made with high quality connectors to minimize path loss and ensure high RF signal quality and repeatability. The I/O panel is easily removable for customization by the customer and with four different standard I/O panels available, the dbSAFEx can be ready to use out of the box.

Industry Requirements 

The trend in todays electronic devices is faster, smaller and quicker to market. The majority of products being produced have at a minimum of one wireless technology, with the majority of these supporting multiple protocols. Rapidly changing wireless technologies, frequency bands, and speed protocols can be a challenge from a cost and technology point of view. Devices can have many integrated antennas, each co-existing and operating independently from each other. More than ever, making reliable, repeatable, noise free RF measurement on modules and devices with radio interfaces is critical. Large RF shielded rooms can be expensive. Many small RF enclosures lack the isolation required to test today’s devices, due to their poor shielding performance.
