Amplex AB, the new owners of Amtele Group

Amplex AB, a sister company to KAMIC Group, have acquired all shares of Amtele Group consisting of Amtele Communication AB and Amtele Engineering AB with the subsidairy KIMO Instrument Sverige AB. The seller is Indumetric AB, which have five part-owners that all have leading positions within Amtele Group. Amtele Group have a turnover of around 100 MSEK and approximately 20 employees. The main office is located in Kungens Kurva just south of Stockholm and there is also an office in Billdal, Gothenburg and in Vanda, Helsingfors.

The previous owners and management of Amtele Group will continue to work in their positions within each company. The CEO of Amtele Group is Stefan Bengtsson and has commented the deal: “It is positive to become a part of a larger context where we at the same time can keep our entrepreneurial freedom. In the Amplex-sphere, where also KAMIC Group is included, will we get access to knowledge, contacts as well as structural support which will make the Amtele Group even stronger in the long term.”
